Return & Exchanges Policy

Legendary Entertainment will gladly exchange, credit or refund the purchase directly from shop.Legendary.com if returned within 30 days of the shipping date, unless otherwise stated herein.

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn or falls outside of the above criteria.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for processing your return(s).

Damaged Products

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect and report any defects, shortages, returns or exchanges to customer service within 30 days after delivery. All claims reported after the 30th day will not be honored.

Take a picture of the damaged area(s) and send them to legendary@bamko.net, and please include your order number. Pictures are required to process a damaged return. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions once the form has been submitted.
